Is local sightseeing included in outstation trip?
For round trip bookings, all local sightseeing in destination cities is included. Any city other than destination cities is not included. Please make sure to add all destination cities in the itinerary. For a one-way trip, only one pickup and one drop is included, and no sightseeing is included.
How to change pickup date, time, and return date?
Please click on the Departure / Return date on the top of this page.
What are extra charges if I need to travel in night hours?
There are no extra charges for traveling in night hours. Night charges are included in the price.
Please tell me any extra charge other than the price shown above.
5% GST is extra. Parking charges, if any, are extra and need to be paid by you as per actuals. Toll tax and State tax may or may not be extra depending on the trip. Please check 'Other Terms' mentioned below the price.
How much before departure, do I have to book the cab?
Although you can book the cab up to 1 hour prior to departure time, we suggest booking 1 day in advance to avoid last-minute rush.
Can I book a cab by calling customer support?
We are happy to provide any clarifications required through the customer support team, but cab booking has to be done either through our website or through our Android and iOS mobile app 'CabWale - Outstation taxi'.
I want to book a cab without paying any advance amount. I will pay on boarding the cab.
Sorry, it is not possible. You need to pay a small 25-30% amount in advance to book the cab on CabWale.
Can we pick up additional passengers on the way in a one-way trip?
One-way trip includes only one pickup and one drop. Additional pickup or drop will incur additional charges.
Do I need to pay both sides of the toll tax for a one-way trip?
For a one-way trip, you need to pay one side of the toll tax only.
Will the cab have FASTag?
Yes, all our cabs have FASTag installed by default.
Where to mention the complete pickup address?
You will have the option to mention the complete pickup address on the next screen.
When will I get car and driver details after booking?
In most cases, car and driver details are shared within minutes after booking. In a few rare cases, it may take more time and may be shared up to two hours before departure.
Will the advance amount be refunded if I cancel the booking?
It may or may not be refunded. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund policy for details.
How can I make the advance payment? Which payment gateway should I choose?
You can pay with all online payment modes like Netbanking, Debit / Credit card, UPI, Payment Wallet Apps like PhonePe, GooglePay, PayTM, etc. To pay with Netbanking, Debit / Credit card, UPI, you can choose any payment gateway (PayTM or RazorPay). To pay with PayTM wallet, choose the 'PayTM' payment gateway. To pay with other payment wallet apps like PhonePe, GooglePay, etc., choose the 'RazorPay' payment gateway.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, you can. But the driver is entitled to charge you an additional amount of Rs. 800 for small cars (hatchback, Sedan) and Rs. 1500 for bigger cars (SUV, Innova).
Are driver charges / Driver bata included in the price? Do I need to arrange for driver food and accommodation during the trip?
Yes, all driver charges are included in the price. The driver will take care of his food and accommodation. You need not arrange that.
I need a one-way cab for traveling to more than one destination. I will drop at the last destination and need not return to the pickup location.
One-way trip includes only one pickup and one drop apart from lunch/tea break during the journey. Please place multiple one-way bookings, i.e., from Pickup to the first destination, first destination to the second destination, and so on.
